Michael Riley

Michael graduated from Abilene High School in 1988 and immediately began his construction career working as warehouse helper with a local drywall company. While working in the field Michael learned all aspects of the business and worked up to be a project estimator and manager. In 2006 Michael moved to another company, and successfully started a construction division. In 2011 he bought the company and with partners Jr. Hagler and Larry Smith, began RHS Construction Services. In 2015 the partners added RHS Steel Constructors.

Jr. Hagler

Jr. grew up in a painting family where he worked summers through high school before graduating in 1985. For a brief time, Jr. attended college and trained horses but his love for the family business soon brought him back to the painting and construction industry. Working full-time Jr. began learning all aspects of the painting business, working his way up from painter’s helper to President. In 2011 he partnered with Michael Riley and Larry Smith to start RHS Construction Services. In 2015 the partners added RHS Steel Constructors.

Garrett Poole

In 2003 Garrett started his professional career in the construction industry with a small company installing hardwood floors. From here he moved into residential construction with his father doing carpentry and cabinet work. After working for a while in the cattle and goat industry, Garrett married and returned to the commercial construction industry where he started as a field hand with a local company and soon progressed to the role of job superintendent for the General Contracting division. In 2012 Garrett joined RHS Construction Services where he serves as an estimator and project manager. In 2015 he and the partners of RHS formed RHS Steel Constructors where he currently serves as the managing partner.
